2 sachets sugar free blackcurrant jelly crystals

4 oz / 113 g fresk blackberries



1. Make the jelly according to the packet. Reserving a few for garnish, divide the blackberries between four individual pudding moulds. Pour the jelly over and chill in the fridge till set.

2. When ready to eat, dip the moulds in hot water for a coupole of seconds and turn out into individual serving plates. Serve garnished with the remaining balckberries.
